SPJIMR E-Learning Initiative   SPJIMR E-Learning (SeL) is one more link in the series of innovations by SPJIMR.   SeL is initiated in April 2002 as a learning platform for all SPJIMR programs, enabling participants to learn basic concepts before they attend class room discussion sessions.   The new learning model can be seen by clicking here.   It may be noted that SeL not only provides concept text in a crisp and easy-to-read way, it also provides illustrations, animated demonstrations, tool based exercises and self-test quiz.   Further, SeL enables group learning through asynchronous discussion forums and synchronous chats. Occasionally, these are monitored by instructors as per pre-announced schedule.   We also propose to add Knowledge Repository and Discussion Forums on topics of 'management' interest for the entire community of SPJIMR - alumni, faculty and students of all programs and Corporate Partners.
